Planning Page
The Planning links page is divided into three main tabs to help you manage and organize internal link opportunities:

For WordPress Users:
- You can place links directly on your website without opening your editor
- Choose the suggested text block, then click Publish to insert the link
For Non-WordPress Users:
- You can save suggestions as drafts
- Use the Export feature to download them and manually implement on your site
AI Suggestions
Displays AI-generated internal linking opportunities for the selected page.
Contains two sub-tabs:

- Incoming: Suggested links from other pages pointing to the selected page
- Outgoing: Suggested links from the selected page pointing to other pages

Your Plan
Shows all the links you’ve saved as planned (but not yet published). This helps you queue up links for review or bulk export.

Existing Pages
Lists all current internal links related to the selected page.
Includes two sub-tabs:

- Incoming: Links from other pages already pointing to this page
- Outgoing: Links from this page already point to others

These tabs help you easily switch between suggestions, actions in progress, and existing link structure, all in one place.
Create Link Button
The Create Link button allows you to act on a suggested internal link by opening the source URL (the page from which the link will be placed).
- For WordPress sites:
- Clicking this button opens the donor page in edit mode
- You can then select the anchor text where the link should be placed
- After selection, click Publish Link to finalize the insertion
- Clicking on the Save for later button saves the suggestion in the draft section. You can see it in Planned Links.
- Clicking this button opens the donor page in edit mode
- For non-WordPress sites:
- The Create Link button saves the suggestion in the draft.
- Use Export to download the suggestion and implement it manually
- The Create Link button saves the suggestion in the draft.
This feature is designed to make link placement seamless for WordPress users while still offering flexibility for non-WordPress sites.
Deletion Mode
The Deletion Mode toggle allows you to remove existing internal links from the selected page.

- Once enabled, you can delete both incoming and outgoing links directly from the Existing Links tab
- This is useful for cleaning up outdated, irrelevant, or over-optimized links
Publishing Links
Once you’ve selected the appropriate anchor text from the Create Link flow (WordPress only), click the Publish Link button to insert the internal link directly into the source page.

- This finalizes the link placement on your live website
- Available only if your site is integrated with WordPress
Use this after carefully reviewing the suggested context and ensuring the link adds value to the content.
Save for Later
The Save for Later option allows you to store link suggestions without publishing immediately.

- For WordPress sites: Saves the suggestion as a draft you can return to and publish later from the “Your Plan” tab
- For non-WordPress sites: Queues the suggestion for export so you can manually add the link later using the downloaded CSV or Excel file
Ideal for batching link updates or exporting suggestions for offline review and implementation.
Planning Page Header
Suggested URL
This is the URL that the link will point from (if incoming) or to (if outgoing), depending on the tab you’re in.

Recommended Section
Indicates the content block or section in the source page from where the link should ideally be placed.
This is not a fixed anchor text, but rather a contextual cue.
Match %
Shows how well the suggested link fits contextually and in terms of authority.
A higher score means a stronger, more relevant match.
